Designation

  • Suitable for wide use in demanding industrial conditions, especially for grinding steels with lower strength, for grinding edges and welds, conditionally also for grinding cast iron, aluminum and other non-ferrous metals with angle grinders

Description

    Recommended angle during machining:
    25˚ - 35˚

    A very good ratio between the removal speed of the processed material and the service life of the disc:
    the effective reconciliation of these two conflicting requirements is achieved by our own production recipes with a balanced ratio of seven raw materials and admixtures

    Main raw material:
    abrasive grains from aluminum oxide (industrially produced corundum) size 700 to 850 µm, i.e. grain size F24 according to FEPA

    Higher porosity of the internal structure of the disk:
    faster removal of processed material

    Additives with lubricating and cooling properties:
    reduce heating of the processed material and energy requirements during grinding

    High security of the disc:
    reinforcement with three strong fiberglass grids impregnated with resin, pressed under high pressure and hardened in ovens for more than 30 hours
