As a manufacturer of cutting discs, we control the entire production process ourselves. Even with rigorous inspection, some discs are produced that do not meet all our internal criteria for classification as first-grade. These may have minor visual imperfections or quality test results that fall at the lower limit of the established tolerance range.
Despite being classified as second-grade, all these discs meet the requirements of the European standard EN 12413, including those for safe use. They therefore represent a cost-effective alternative to first-grade discs.
Availability is limited. We update our stock on an ongoing basis based on actual production output; therefore, specific sizes and versions may not always be available.
