Designation

  • Especially for cutting small sections of metal materials, for cutting thin-walled building materials with a cutting depth of up to 25 mm, or for grinding, polishing and cleaning smaller metal surfaces

Comfort

The diameter of the body of the sander at the point of grip is only 65 mm:
it enables a comfortable, natural and firm grip with one hand

Ergonomic position and shape of the mains switch:
enables reliable control of the switch with the thumb even when wearing gloves

Five positions of the protective cover:
the possibility of adjustment without the use of an additional tool

Locking the mains switch in the on position:
if necessary, it is not necessary to keep the thumb on the switch while working

Anti-vibration front additional handle with the possibility of attachment in two positions:
significantly reduces vibrations transmitted from the sander to the hand, comfortable work even for left-handed people

Spindle lock button:
makes it easier to change the disc by blocking the rotation of the spindle

Gearbox made of light alloy:
reduces the weight of the sander

Safety

"SOFT START" function:
ensuring a smooth, soft start of the motor and reduces the starting torque when starting the grinder

"RESTART PROTECTION" function:
protection against restarting the engine after the power supply is restored

"KICK BACK STOP" function:
shuts off the engine when the disc is blocked and protects the operator from kickback

Double insulation:
increased protection against electric shock

Crack-resistant protective disc cover:
with the option of setting the optimal position for greater safety

Lifetime

Self-disconnecting carbon brushes:
protecting the rotor commutator from damage at the end of the life of the carbon brushes

Gearbox made of light alloy:
the material used contains additives that increase resistance to wear

Motor winding with epoxy protection:
contributes to a longer life of the grinder

Effective anti-dust system:
reduces the penetration of dust during the intake of cooling air
