Description
Continuous, only 1.6mm thin cutting edge:
the result is a precise cut with sharp edges of the cut material and a clean, smooth surface of the cut surface
A balanced combination of a high concentration of synthetic diamond grains and an optimal (medium hard) binder in the active cutting part:
low cost per cutting unit when cutting hard and medium hard building materials
The total height of the cutting working part is up to 25mm and thus ensures a long service life of the disc
Long service life:
the active cutting part of the disc is made up of a set of hexagons - regular hexagons with side lengths of 4mm, located in the inner ring and stacked next to each other like honeycombs, with a total height of the cutting working part of up to 25mm
Hexagons with a high concentration of synthetic diamond grains are placed in an inner ring and stacked next to each other similar to honeycombs. They are connected by a medium-hard binder and thus create a sufficiently rigid body enabling cutting and, if necessary, grinding of the processed material
Active cutting part connected to the body of the disc by pressing and sintering method at high pressures:
reliable and safe connection for smooth and gradual cutting
Recommendation:
to preserve the long service life of the disc, we recommend cooling for 10 seconds by idling the grinder after every 20 seconds of cutting
