High number of narrow segments around the wheel circumference:
enable clean cuts without damaging the cutting edge, even in extremely hard building materials

Active cutting section with turbo segments:
the special turbine-shaped arrangement of the segments ensures effective cooling. The channels between the segments reliably remove dust during dry cutting and sludge during wet cutting

Extra thin disc:
thickness in the working part 1.4mm, disc body only 1.1mm

Reinforced center:
3mm thickness in the 60mm diameter center ring prevents vibrations

Optimal segment composition:
high concentration of fine synthetic diamond grains in combination with a very soft bond ensures low costs per cut even with very hard building materials

Reliable construction:
the segments are connected to the wheel body by pressing and sintering at high pressures - a reliable and safe connection for smooth cutting

Recommendation for long life:
after every 30 seconds of cutting, let the wheel cool by idling the grinder for about 10 seconds. When cutting with a small table saw, you do not need to cool it at all if there is sufficient water flow.
