- For cutting hardened concrete, concrete roofing and other concrete products, marble and granite slabs, artificial stone slabs, stoneware, stone and ceramic slabs, tiles, etc. with angle grinders. Conditionally suitable for cutting reinforced concrete with armature up to 10mm
Description
Cutting disc with a large number of segments fitted close to each other:
wide range of use with a relatively precise cut and nice edges of the cut material
Segments arranged in a turbine-like shape:
very good cooling does not require frequent breaks and there is no disproportionate increase in temperature during cutting
Balanced combination of high concentration of synthetic diamond grains and optimal (soft) binder in the segments:
low cost per cutting unit when cutting hard building materials
Suitable for large-scale work:
the most used diameters (125mm and 230mm) are also available in a version with 10mm segment height for an even longer service life
Segments connected to the disc body by the method of pressing and sintering at high pressures:
reliable and safe connection for smooth and gradual cutting
Recommendation:
to preserve the long service life of the disc, we recommend cooling for 10 seconds by idling the grinder after every 30 seconds of cutting
