Description
The thin body of the disc reinforced by overmolding:
it does not "float" in the cut when cutting and firmly holds the cutting line
When in contact with the processed stainless steel material, they do not cause its corrosion:
the disc does not contain impurities containing iron, chlorine and sulfur
A very good ratio between cutting speed and blade life:
the effective reconciliation of these two conflicting requirements is achieved by our own production formulas with a balanced ratio of 6 to 8 raw materials and admixtures
Main raw material:
grinding grains from aluminum oxide (industrially produced corundum) size 200 to 350 µm, i.e. fine to medium grit F46 to F70 according to FEPA
Additives with lubricating and cooling properties:
reduce heating of the cut material and energy requirements during cutting
High safety of the disc:
reinforcement on both sides with strong fiberglass grids impregnated with resin, pressed under high pressure and hardened in ovens for more than 30 hours
