Higher porosity of the internal structure of the disc:

Grinding wheels GS-30 Classic:

A very good ratio between the removal speed of the processed material and the service life of the disc:
the effective reconciliation of these two conflicting requirements is achieved by our own production recipes with a balanced ratio of seven raw materials and admixtures

Main raw material:
abrasive grains from aluminum oxide (industrially produced corundum) size 700 to 850 µm, i.e. grain size F24 according to FEPA

Grinding wheels GS-40 Double:

Special two-layer grinding wheel:
the lower layer of the tool has a lower grain size and higher porosity of the abrasive mixture with aggressive removal of the processed material, the upper layer has a higher grain size and lower porosity for finer grinding

very good ratio between the speed of removal of the processed material and the life of the wheel:
the effective reconciliation of these two conflicting requirements is achieved by our own production recipes with a balanced ratio of eight raw materials and admixtures and taking into account the differences of both layers of the grinding wheel

Main raw material:
grinding grains from aluminum oxide (industrially produced corundum) size 700 to 850 µm, i.e. grain size F24 according to FEPA in the bottom layer and size 500 to 600 µm, i.e. grain size F36 according to FEPA in the top layer of the grinding wheel

Grinding wheels GS-50 GrindSlim:

Very good ratio between material removal rate and wheel life:
effective alignment of these two conflicting requirements is achieved by proprietary production formulas with a balanced ratio of seven raw materials and additives

Disc thickness 4mm:
lower tool weight - greater working comfort, especially when working overhead or in hard-to-reach places

If necessary, the possibility of using a cutting tool:
the smaller thickness of the disc allows cutting of material to a limited extent, especially thick-walled materials

Grinding wheels GS-60 Fury:

Significant increase in the removal rate of the machined material while maintaining very good service life:
special formula with an optimal ratio of zirconium and corundum grains supplemented with other admixtures and functional additives

Main raw materials:
25% zirconia abrasive grains with a size of 900 to 1100 µm, i.e. grain size F20 according to FEPA and 75% alumina abrasive grains with a size of 600 to 850 µm, i.e. grain size F24 and F30 according to FEPA
