Plate mat made of 7-layer fiberglass:
high structural safety and destruction resistance

Special glue based on epoxy resin:
for a secure connection of the slats to the base plate

Optimum lamellae density for efficient machining:
the chosen number is the result of long-term testing and mainly depends on the diameter and grit of the tool

The grain size is standard in the range of P40 to 120 according to FEPA (100 to 500 µm):
enables the selection of a suitable tool from rough grinding to fine finishing work
