Abrasive belts made of non-woven nylon fibers (abrasive fleece - Non-woven) impregnated with resin with abrasive grain:
a very flexible raw material with a long service life and resistance to thermal load

Sanding belts with a layer of zirconia corundum abrasive grains (50% zirconium):
long service life and very good removal rate when machining stainless steel and steel workpieces

Special epoxy resin-based adhesive:
for secure connection of the lamellae to the backing plate

Plate base made of 7-layer fiberglass:
high structural safety and destruction resistance

Possibility of use in the range of 2,500-11,500 rpm:
appropriately selected speeds enable high efficiency of final work with a perfect appearance of the workpiece and increase the range of use of the tool

Recommendation:
for best results, use a 125mm angle grinder with regulation and a power input of at least 1400W.
