Designation

Ideal for precise enlargement of already drilled holes and for drilling in thin-walled materials, e.g. for the installation of cable glands of switchboards, pipe openings and installation, in the automotive industry, maintenance, repairs, etc.
For drilling stainless steel sheets with a thickness of 0.1 - 2 mm
For drilling steel and non-ferrous metal sheets with a thickness of 0.1 - 4 mm
For drilling hard plastics without cracking or tearing in thicknesses from 1 - 4 mm

Description

Peak angle 118° with a split point (split point), ground according to DIN 1412 type C:
prevents drills from sliding on round workpieces and enables drilling without the need for hole punching

A robust, powerful and precise tool with sharp edges, made on CNC machines, ground with CNB discs into the already cloudy HSS M2 material, with a 90° angle of transition to each next step:
easy, even, fast successive drilling

Deeply ground groove:
easily removes even long chips created during drilling

Made of HSS M2 material, with a polished surface:
low friction, long service life, flawless design

One drill for multiple sizes in three variants:
9 degrees 4-12mm by 1mm, 9 degrees 4-20mm by 2mm and 14 degrees 4-30mm by 2mm

Possibility of use in the speed range of electric and battery tools:
wide application with commonly available tools

Laser-marked diameters:
easily visible, permanent, indelible marking

Conical tool:
easy extraction of the drill bit from the drilled hole

Oval shank combined with three clamping surfaces:
enables firm clamping in common 3-jaw chucks

Without additional coating:
the possibility of sharpening a blunt edge

Recommendation:
the use of cutting oil significantly increases the service life of the tool

Műhelykocsin használjuk. Csiga fúrókkal ellentétben fokozatosan fúrja a fémet és egy szerszám elég külömböző méretű lyukak fúrására. Jó minőségű szerszám fém tárolóban!
