Designation

Description
Recommended angle for machining 15˚ - 25˚:
the conical shape of the T29 disc pad in combination with the radially arranged lamellae significantly increases the contact area
Primary raw material - high-quality sanding belts with an applied layer of abrasive ceramic grains (100% Ceramic):
very good material removal and long service life even when machining high hardness steels
Abrasive backing type:
Poly-cotton
Lamellas machine-cut from sanding belts and placed radially around the perimeter of the plate pad with an accuracy of 0.5mm:
a precise final product for efficient work
Plate mat made of 7-layer fiberglass:
high structural safety and destruction resistance
Special glue based on epoxy resin:
for a secure connection of the slats to the base plate
Optimal number of lamellae for efficient machining:
chosen depending on the diameter and grain size of the tool
The grain size is standard in the range of P40 to 120 according to FEPA (100 to 500 µm):
enables the selection of a suitable tool from rough grinding to fine finishing work
