Description
Available with a diameter of 125mm in three versions:
for coarse, medium and fine processing of the machined material
The tool does not require an additional support plate:
the slats are securely connected to the plate base with a special glue based on epoxy resin
Recommended angle for machining 15˚ - 25˚:
the conical shape of the T29 disc pad in combination with the radially arranged lamellae significantly increases the contact area
Primary raw material - sanding belts made of non-woven nylon fibers impregnated with resin with sanding grain:
a very flexible tool with a long service life, resistance to heat and load
Special glue based on epoxy resin:
for a secure connection of the slats to the base plate
Plate mat made of 7-layer fiberglass:
high structural safety and destruction resistance
Optimum grain size range and density of the impregnated sanding grain:
allows you to choose the most suitable of the three available versions according to the nature of the finishing work
The possibility of use in the range of 2,500-11,500 rpm:
the combination of suitably selected revolutions with a coarse, medium or fine version of the tool enables high efficiency of final work with a perfect appearance of the workpiece and increases the range of use of the tool
Recommendation:
to achieve the best results, it is necessary to use a 125mm angle grinder with regulation and an input power of at least 1400 W
