Primary raw material - high-quality sanding belts with an applied layer of zirconium corundum abrasive grains (50% zirconium):
long service life and very good material removal when machining stainless steel and higher strength steels

Slats of the same shape and size, but with two different types of grain, arranged so that the upper slat has 80% of the working surface (20% is covered) and the lower slat has 20% of the working surface (80% is covered):
better dissipation of working temperature, possibility higher load and after the wear of the upper layer of lamellas, the lower layer is still available for work

Lamellas machine-cut from sanding belts and laid radially around the perimeter with an accuracy of 0.5mm:
precise final product for efficient work

Plate mat made of 7-layer fiberglass:
high structural safety and destruction resistance

Special glue based on epoxy resin:
for a secure connection of the slats to the base plate

Optimal number of lamellae for efficient machining:
chosen depending on the diameter and grain size of the tool

The grain size is standard in the range of P40 to 120 according to FEPA (100 to 500 µm):
enables the selection of a suitable tool from rough grinding to fine finishing work
