Recommended angle during machining:
25˚ - 35˚

Special two-layer grinding wheel:
the lower layer of the tool has a lower grain size and higher porosity of the abrasive mixture with aggressive removal of the processed material, the upper layer has a higher grain size and lower porosity for finer grinding

very good ratio between the speed of removal of the processed material and the life of the wheel:
the effective reconciliation of these two conflicting requirements is achieved by our own production recipes with a balanced ratio of eight raw materials and admixtures and taking into account the differences of both layers of the grinding wheel

Main raw material:
grinding grains from aluminum oxide (industrially produced corundum) size 700 to 850 µm, i.e. grain size F24 according to FEPA in the bottom layer and size 500 to 600 µm, i.e. grain size F36 according to FEPA in the top layer of the grinding wheel

Higher porosity of the internal structure of the disk:
faster removal of processed material

Additives with lubricating and cooling properties:
reduce heating of the processed material and energy requirements during grinding

High security of the disc:
reinforcement with three strong fiberglass grids impregnated with resin, pressed under high pressure and hardened in ovens for more than 30 hours
