Description
Glass fibre reinforcement:
for high stiffness of the backing plate
Large metal clamping nut with M14 thread:
secure fixing on angle grinder shaft
Made of Flexithan 55 modified thermoplastic rubber:
high safety of design, resistance to oils, lubricants and also to ageing over time
Turbine-shaped cooling curved fins:
improve sanding efficiency, maximize cooling of the backing plate and fibre disc while working and help to supply air to the work surface
Stable properties over a wide temperature range:
slight change in properties occurs at ambient temperatures below -20°C and with prolonged sanding and overheating of the pad to temperatures above 120°C
Manufactured according to ISO 15636:
standard for the design and clamping of vulcanised fibre sanding discs
