Designation

  • For mounting of fibre discs in angle grinders
  • Optimum for coarse grit sanding (grit 50 and coarser)
  • Ø 122mm: for 125mm angle grinders, max. speed 12,250 /min.
  • Ø 172mm: for 180mm angle grinders, max. speed 8,500 /min.

Description

    Glass fibre reinforcement:
    for high stiffness of the backing plate

    Large metal clamping nut with M14 thread:
    secure fixing on angle grinder shaft

    Made of modified thermoplastic rubber:
    ensures high operational safety and resistance to oils, lubricants and material aging

    Turbine-shaped cooling fins:
    increase grinding efficiency, maximize cooling of the backing pad and fibre disc, and direct air flow to the work surface

    Stable properties over a wide temperature range:
    slight change in properties occurs at ambient temperatures below -20°C and with prolonged sanding and overheating of the pad to temperatures above 120°C
