Description
Main raw material:
very hard, sharp-edged grinding grains made of silicon carbide in combination with industrially produced corundum in a 1:1 ratio of fine to medium grit F46 to F60 according to FEPA
Higher hardness and better heat dissipation:
silicon carbide abrasive particles are more suitable for cutting non-ferrous metals with low melting points
Gap fouling between grinding grains on the tool edge:
less pronounced than with traditional corundum cutting wheels
Abrasive used:
cleaner cut and less burrs after cutting non-ferrous metals
High blade safety:
reinforced on both sides with strong resin impregnated fibreglass grids, high pressure moulded and oven cured for 30 hours
