A very good ratio between cutting speed and wheel lifetime:
an efficient matching of these two opposing requirements is achieved by a special manufacturing process

Main raw material:
microcrystalline, very tough, sharp-edged ceramic corundum abrasive grains of fine to medium grit F46 to F70 according to FEPA

Polymorphic internal structure:
unsurpassed "self-sharpening" capability. The grain does not flake off, but as it works, a very thin layer of material is peeled off from the individual grains in the same direction and angle at all times, allowing the grain to retain its original shape and sharp edges at all times

Resistance to high temperatures:
even under the highest loads, the grain resists thermal influences and does not change its properties due to heat

Very comfortable working:
much less dust is released into the air when working, due to significantly less wear on the tool

High safety of the disc:
reinforcement on both sides with strong fiberglass grids impregnated with resin, pressed under high pressure and hardened in ovens for more than 30 hours
