More than just sales
We stand by you throughout the entire life cycle of your tools
Why do we repair with passion?
We believe in the quality of the products we sell. True professionalism only shows when something stops working. That is why we give service the highest priority – we want you to be able to rely on your tools even years after purchase.
A service that saves you costs
Our goal is not just to "replace a part". Every machine undergoes an individual assessment. We look for the cause of wear and advise you on how to use your tools so that they last as long as possible.
We care about sustainability
We believe that repairing a quality machine is the highest form of recycling. By repairing, we reduce the amount of electronic waste and the emissions associated with the production and logistics of new tools. We reject the buy, use and throw away philosophy. Our goal is to restore your machine's performance as long as this option is still cost-effective for you.

Frequently asked questions
How long does a repair take?
You decide how long the repair will take. When ordering a repair, you can choose a deadline by which you need your tools repaired:
- within 1 day of delivery to the service centre
- within 3 days of delivery to the service centre
- within 7 days of delivery to the service centre
- another date
If the price of an out-of-warranty repair exceeds the limit chosen by the customer, the tools are repaired and sent back only after the price quote has been approved.
What are the conditions for a warranty repair?
- The tool is still within the warranty period at the time it is received at the service centre.
- The prescribed maintenance has been carried out on the tool; the ventilation openings are clean and clear, and there is no dust build-up inside the tool that would prevent its natural cooling during operation.
- The tool has been used exclusively for the purposes for which it is intended and in accordance with the operating instructions.
- The motor of the tool has not been overloaded and there are no visible signs of damage caused by external influences.
- The construction of the tool has not been tampered with by unauthorised persons. Normal user maintenance or the replacement of parts subject to usual wear (e.g. power cord, carbon brushes, etc.) is not considered unauthorised interference, provided these operations are carried out professionally by a person with the appropriate qualification. Any other structural alteration, modification or unprofessional interference with the internal mechanisms of the tool results in the loss of the right to a free warranty repair.
- The tool has not been exposed to unsuitable conditions that do not correspond to a normal working environment (e.g. excessive humidity, aggressive chemicals or extreme mechanical influences).
- The tool bears an undamaged and clearly legible serial number.
What is not covered by the warranty?
- Mechanical damage: damage caused by a strong impact, fall or careless handling (e.g. damaged power cord, broken cover, cracked casing)
- Normal wear: components and parts of a consumable nature whose service life is naturally limited by the intensity of their use (e.g. carbon brushes, bearings, seals, chucks and other mechanical parts subject to wear)
- Battery capacity: the natural decrease in battery capacity due to chemical ageing and a high number of charging cycles, provided this decrease does not exceed 40% of its original nominal value
- Excessive load: failures resulting from continuous industrial operation or long-term overloading of the tools, clearly exceeding their technical parameters and intended use
- Unjustified claims: cases which, based on the professional assessment of an authorised technician, do not meet the specified warranty conditions. In such a case, the customer will be informed in advance and will be sent a price quote for a paid out-of-warranty repair.
What are the costs of an out-of-warranty repair - what do they include?
- Transport costs to the service centre and back to the customer according to the currently valid price list of service operations.
- Service work: the technician's work according to the currently valid price list of service operations.
- Spare parts: charged according to the currently valid prices published in the Spare parts section.
