Delivery
We prepare, check and pack received orders and hand them over to the carrier, usually on the next working day.
We deliver the goods to you via the GLS courier company to your billing or delivery address.
Delivery speed
After ordering goods in our e-shop, you will immediately receive an order confirmation with the dispatch date of the goods. We prepare, check and pack received orders and hand them over to the carrier, usually on the next working day. The carrier will then inform you by SMS and email about the pickup of the shipment and the expected delivery date of the package. The carrier's standard delivery time within Slovakia is one working day.
Delivery price
The delivery price is 5€ excl. VAT. Orders worth more than 50€ excl. VAT are delivered FREE of charge. For registered traders, the minimum order value for free delivery depends on the wholesale discount set. Traders can see the minimum order value for free delivery in the terms of cooperation after logging in to their MyHERMAN customer account.
Cash on delivery
The fee for cash on delivery payment is 1€ excl. VAT. For orders whose value meets the condition for free delivery, we do not charge the cash on delivery fee.
Surcharge for orders below the limit
For orders worth up to 30€ excl. VAT, we charge an additional surcharge of 5€ excl. VAT for processing and handling.
Important notice
Please check the integrity of the packaging when accepting the shipment. In the event of obvious damage to the packaging, draw up a damage report with the driver for a possible claim regarding the contents, or refuse to accept the package due to damaged packaging.
