Shipping & Delivery Policy

At HERMAN, we strive to deliver our high-quality tools to professionals worldwide. To ensure the most cost-effective and secure transport for your order, we calculate shipping costs individually based on the weight, dimensions, and destination.

How the Ordering Process Works

  • Selection: Add your desired items to the shopping cart.
  • Order Inquiry: Complete the checkout process. At this stage, no payment is required.
  • Price Quotation: Our customer service team will review your order and calculate the exact shipping costs.
  • Confirmation: We will send you a formal quote including the final shipping fees.
  • Finalization: Your order will be processed once you accept the quote and complete the payment.

Shipping Within the European Union (EU – Single Market)

For deliveries within the EU member states where the free movement of goods applies (no customs clearance required), we use reliable courier services.

Eligible Countries: This service applies to: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.

Delivery Overview: Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are standardized based on the destination country.

 

Note: For countries and territories outside the EU Single Market (e.g., Switzerland, Norway, United Kingdom), the conditions for International Shipping (Outside the EU) apply.

International Shipping (Outside the EU / Customs Required)

For customers located outside the European Union, we apply the following specific conditions:

  • Bulk Orders Only: We exclusively ship large-scale orders (palletized shipments) to non-EU destinations. We do not process small parcel shipments outside the EU.
  • Delivery Terms (Incoterms): All international shipments outside the EU are handled under EXW Revúca, Slovakia (Incoterms 2020).
  • Customer Responsibility: The buyer is responsible for arranging the pickup, international freight, insurance, and all import duties or taxes applicable in the destination country.

Important Information

  • Dispatch Time: Orders are typically dispatched within 24–48 hours after payment confirmation, provided the items are in stock.
  • Tracking: Once your shipment is picked up, we will provide you with the necessary tracking information or documents for your carrier.
  • Damaged Shipments: Please inspect the goods immediately upon receipt and report any visible damage to the carrier and our customer service.
