Description
Ground and sharpened:
the special sideways grinding of the chisel blade prevents the chisel from spinning during work
Forged, highly alloyed chrome-vanadium steel (40Cr-V) hardened to 48HRC:
basic raw material, manufacturing process and hardness optimised for the purpose of use with electro-pneumatic hammers
Cutting edge angle 28° with a tolerance of max. -2°:
optimum for machining soft and medium-hard woods
Surface finish:
black oxidised
Recommendation:
when working, occasionally lubricate the chisel shank with suitable grease
Recommendation:
the chisel blade can be sharpened additionally. Always work with a sharp chisel
Markings:
The marking SDS-plus is trademark of Robert Bosch GmbH, Stuttgart, BRD.
