For straight grinder

Primary raw material - grinding belts with a layer of abrasive grains made of aluminum oxide (industrially produced corundum):
long service life and very good removal when processing ferrous and non-ferrous metals, hard and soft wood and plastics

Abrasive media carrier - combined fabric made of cotton fiber and synthetic polyester fiber (poly-cotton):
high strength and increased tear resistance, optimized to handle extreme centrifugal forces arising from tool operation at high peripheral speeds

Smooth running of the grinding cuff and work with minimal vibration:
the condition is the use of a suitable carrier that ensures the fastening of the sleeve against slipping.

Grain size standard in the range P40 to 80 according to FEPA (approx. 500 to 250 µm):
allows selection of the appropriate tool from aggressive to coarse grinding
