Primary raw material - high-quality abrasive belts with a layer of zirconium abrasive grains (50% zirconium):
long service life and very good removal rate when proccesing stainless steel and higher-strength steels

Abrasive carrier medium - blended cloth:
ensures high strength and flexibility of the abrasive belt, as well as resistance to mechanical damage. Suitable for demanding applications

The need to use a HERMAN MP-90S backing pad according to the selected diameter:
45mm pad for 50mm flap disc / 70mm pad for 75mm flap disc

Grain size standard in the range P40 to 80 according to FEPA (approx. 450 to 200 µm):
allows selection of the appropriate tool from coarse grinding to finer cleaning

characterized by high tensile strength and excellent resistance to oils and chemicals. Due to its lower flexibility compared to other types of substrates, it is ideal for intensive, high-performance grinding with high pressure. Especially suitable for extremely demanding applications

The need to use a HERMAN MP-90S backing pad according to the selected diameter:
45mm pad for 50mm flap disc / 70mm pad for 75mm flap disc

Primary raw material - sanding belts made of resin-impregnated abrasive fleece with abrasive grain (3M material):
a very flexible tool with a long service life, resistance to heat and load

Possibility of use in the range of 2,500-11,500 rpm:
the combination of suitably selected speeds with a coarse, medium or fine version of the tool enables high efficiency of final work with a perfect appearance of the workpiece and increases the range of use of the tool

Warning:
when machining stainless steel, do not use the same tool for other materials

Primary raw material STRIP-IT Red of high quality (BIBIELLE material):
supporting spatial mesh structure made of durable nylon fibers with a very aggressive effect

Stability of the structure of the primary raw material:
the structure of the tool does not change under the influence of grinding, thus allowing repeated use with undiminished performance

Elasticity as a key feature:
enables cleaning even highly uneven surfaces

The contact surface is only minimally contaminated with dirt:
the grinding dust from the pores is easily released during grinding due to centrifugal force

The porous structure dissipates heat effectively:
ambient swirling air easily penetrates the pores and contributes significantly to cooling the tool

13mm thick, small diameter abrasive body:
combined with the elasticity of the primary raw material, it allows cleaning even in the most inaccessible places
