Designation

  • For grinding stainless steel, high-strength steels and cast iron
  • For a wide range of surface grinding depending on the selected grit size
  • For processing small surfaces, edges and corners with normal pressure on the workpiece, removing paint and corrosion, cleaning welds and weld seams, as well as for wide use in industrial conditions
  • For straight grinders with speed control

Description

    Primary raw material - layer of abrasive zirconium grains (approx. 30%) bonded by synthetic resin to a supporting substrate of vulcanized fibres:
    very good removal especially when processing stainless steel, higher strength steels, etc.

    The need to use a HERMAN MP-90S backing pad according to the selected diameter:
    45mm pad for 50mm fiber disc / 70mm pad for 75mm fiber disc

    Grain size standard in the range P36 to 80 according to FEPA (850 to 200 µm):
    allows selection of the appropriate tool from coarse grinding to finer cleaning

    Warning:
    when working, do not exceed the maximum speed indicated on the product.
