Designation

Description
Made of HCS carbon steel with a high chromium and vanadium content (58CrV):
ideal raw material for saw blades designed for cutting clean wood composites without residues of clamps and nails
Also suitable for plunge cutting:
the first tooth is part of the tip of the blade and enables immediate engagement during plunge sawing
Aggressive, fast cut - large tooth spacing of 4.2mm (6TPI) in combination with CS cutting geometry:
diagonally sharpened, spaced teeth (CS = Crossground & Side set)
The minimum thickness of the cut material is 5mm:
when cutting thin-walled materials from wood, the wood fibers are pulled out and the cut is not nice
Blade thickness 1.3mm and a constant width of 8mm along the entire length:
the solid body of the saw blade minimizes vibrations during cutting and does not deviate from the cut
