Designation
- For processing small workpiece surfaces with aggressive to very aggressive pressure on the workpiece. Wide range of applications in industrial conditions
- For processing stainless, high-alloy and heat-resistant steels
- Especially for straight grinders with speed control, conditionally also for electric drills
Description
Large core made of special synthetic material:
reliably holds the lamellae and safely withstands high peripheral speeds
Primary raw material - high quality abrasive belts (VSM material) with a layer of abrasive ceramic grains (100% Ceramic):
very good material removal and long service life even when processing high hardness steels
Abrasive carrier medium - cotton cloth:
for elasticity, flexibility and good ability to follow the shape of the surface to be processed
Optimal lamella density for efficient machining:
the selected number is the result of long-term testing and depends mainly on the diameter and grain size of the tool
Grain size standard in the range P60 to 120 according to FEPA (approx. 120 to 270 µm):
allows selection of the appropriate tool from rough grinding to fine finishing work
Warning:
when working, do not exceed the maximum speed indicated on the product.
