Primary raw material - abrasive belts (KLINGSPOR material) with a layer of abrasive grains made of industrially produced corundum:
long service life and very good removal when processing ferrous and non-ferrous metals of medium hardness

Abrasive carrier medium - cotton cloth:
for elasticity, flexibility and good ability to follow the shape of the surface to be processed

Optimal lamella density for efficient machining:
the selected number is the result of long-term testing and depends mainly on the diameter and grit of the tool

Grain size standard in the range P60 to 120 according to FEPA (approx. 120 to 270 µm):
allows selection of the appropriate tool from rough grinding to fine finishing work
