Abrasive: ceramic

Primary raw material - high-quality abrasive belts with a layer of abrasive ceramic grains (100% Ceramic):
very good material removal and long service life when processing stainless steel and high-hardness steels

Abrasive carrier medium - synthetic polyester fabric (polyester cloth):
characterized by high tensile strength and excellent resistance to oils and chemicals. Due to its lower flexibility compared to other types of substrates, it is ideal for intensive, high-performance grinding with high pressure. Especially suitable for extremely demanding applications

The need to use a HERMAN MP-90S backing pad according to the selected diameter:
45mm pad for 50mm flap disc / 70mm pad for 75mm flap disc

Grain size standard in the range P40 to 80 according to FEPA (approx. 450 to 200 µm):
allows selection of the appropriate tool from coarse grinding to finer cleaning
