Designation
- For all jig saws with standard "T" clamping system
- For straight cutting with a clean cut in materials such as plexiglass, plastics, PVC, PE, PP, but also in materials based on laminate and softwood composites
Description
Made of HCS carbon steel with a high chromium and vanadium content (58CrV):
ideal raw material for saw blades designed for cutting clean wood composites without residues of clamps and nails
Clean, fast cut - large tooth spacing of 1.5mm (17TPI) in combination with CT cutting geometry:
diagonally sharpened teeth + blade with conical grinding (CT = Crossground teeth & Taper ground)
Blade thickness 1.45mm and a constant width of the saw blade 8mm along the entire length:
the solid body of the saw blade minimizes vibrations during cutting and does not deviate from the cut
Recommendation:
for long cuts and plastics, plexiglass, etc. cool the cut with water
