Designation

Description
Made of HCS carbon steel with a high chromium and vanadium content (58CrV):
ideal raw material for saw blades designed for cutting clean wood composites without residues of clamps and nails
Clean, fast cut - spacing of fine main teeth 1.5mm (17TPI) and auxiliary teeth 1.35mm (19TPI) in combination with cutting geometry CT:
diagonally sharpened teeth + blade with conical grinding (CT = Crossground teeth & Taper ground)
Blade thickness 1.45mm and a constant width of 8mm along the entire length:
the solid body of the saw blade minimizes vibrations during cutting and does not deviate from the cut
Recommendation:
for long cuts and plastics, plexiglass, etc. cool the cut with water
