Designation
- For all jig saws with standard "T" clamping system
- For straight cutting of stainless steel, steel and non-ferrous metal sheets. Also suitable for cutting epoxy materials, reinforced plastics, etc.
- Longer version also suitable for cutting profile materials with a diameter of up to 80mm with a wall thickness of 1.0-3.0mm
Description
Made of bimetallic steel (BiM), teeth of high-speed steel with an admixture of 8% cobalt (HSS 8% Co) with a hardness of 65-67HRC:
a material with a long service life and an excellent combination of high flexibility and hardness of the saw blade
Very fine cut - tooth spacing of only 1.2mm (21 TPI) in combination with MWS cutting geometry:
milled, wavy teeth (MWS = milled & wavy set)
Available in two lengths:
choosing the right length depends on the profile and size of the workpiece
Blade thickness 1mm:
high stability of the saw blade in the cut and relatively thin cut
Recommendation:
saw blades are exposed to high mechanical and thermal loads, so use cutting oil when cutting steel and stainless steel, turpentine when cutting non-ferrous metals, and when cutting plastics, Plexiglas, etc. water. This will significantly increase their service life
