Designation

  • For direct sawing of thick-walled plates (2.5-6mm), profiles of small dimensions (max. 45mm) and similar workpieces made of ferrous and non-ferrous metals

Description

    Made of bimetallic steel (BiM), teeth of high-speed steel with an admixture of 8% cobalt (HSS 8% Co) with a hardness of 65-67HRC:
    a material with a long service life and an excellent combination of high flexibility and hardness of the saw blade

    Fairly fine cut - tooth spacing 2.1mm (12 TPI) in combination with MWS cutting geometry:
    milled, wavy teeth (MWS = milled & wavy set)

    Blade thickness only 1mm:
    less effort when sawing, better penetration into the workpiece and the resulting cut is thin

    Recommendation for increasing service life:
    saw blades are exposed to high mechanical and thermal loads, so use cutting oil when cutting steel, turpentine is better when cutting non-ferrous metals
