Designation
- For all jig saws with standard "T" clamping system
- For straight and rough sawing of wood with remnants of steel clips and nails, soft and hard wood and wood composites 5-80mm thick
- For sawing ferrous and non-ferrous metals with a wall thickness of 5-10mm, as well as workpieces made of plastics, PVC, etc.
Description
Made of bimetallic steel (BiM), teeth of high-speed steel with an admixture of 8% cobalt (HSS 8% Co) with a hardness of 65-67HRC:
a material with a long service life and an excellent combination of high flexibility and hardness of the saw blade
Progressively arranged teeth:
gradual, continuous increase in their spacing from the stem to the tip of the blade
Rough cut - progressive tooth spacing in the range of 2.5-5.1mm (5-10 TPI) in combination with MS cutting geometry:
milled, spaced teeth (MS = Milled & Side set)
Blade thickness 1.27mm and a constant width of the saw blade 8mm along the entire length:
the solid body of the saw blade minimizes vibrations during cutting and does not deviate from the cut
Recommendation for increasing service life:
saw blades are exposed to high mechanical and thermal loads, so use cutting oil when cutting ferrous metals, turpentine is better when cutting non-ferrous metals, and when cutting plastics, PVC, plexiglass, etc. water will do
