Designation

Description
Made of HCS carbon steel with a high chromium and vanadium content (58CrV):
ideal raw material for saw blades designed for cutting clean wood composites without residues of clamps and nails
Very fine cut - tooth spacing of only 2mm (12 TPI) in combination with MWS cutting geometry:
milled, wavy teeth (MWS = milled & wavy set)
Blade thickness 1mm for the shorter and 1.25mm for the longer saw blade and a constant width of 8mm along the entire length:
the solid body of the saw blade minimizes vibrations during cutting and does not deviate from the cut
