Designation

Description
Made of HCS carbon steel with a high chromium and vanadium content (58CrV):
ideal raw material for saw blades designed for cutting clean wood composites without residues of clamps and nails
Rough cut - progressive tooth spacing with a spacing of 3mm (8 TPI) in combination with MS cutting geometry:
milled, spaced teeth (MS = Milled & Side set)
The minimum thickness of the cut material is 4mm:
when cutting thin-walled wooden materials, the wood fibers are pulled out and the cut is not nice
Blade thickness 1.25mm and a constant width of the saw blade 8mm along the entire length:
the solid body of the saw blade minimizes vibrations during cutting and does not deviate from the cut
