Tool fitted with 48 TCT (Tungsten Carbide Type) teeth, cobalt admixture min. 11%:
good service life when cutting straight steel workpieces up to 3mm thick

Tooth thickness only 1.6mm, flat teeth with partial, alternating one-sided bevel FAS:
special design for cutting steel materials

The thickness of the body of the disc is only 1mm:
the carbide teeth overhang the edge of the body by approx. 0.3mm and thus minimizes the possibility of the body rubbing against the cut material during straight cuts

Body of the disc made of carbon alloy steel with a surface layer modified by electrophoresis:
the smooth surface contributes to reducing friction even when the tool is deflected to the side during cutting.

Negative tooth face angle 3˚:
suitable for thin-walled materials

Dynamic imbalance max. 0.5 grams:
vibration of the tool during cutting is practically excluded

Protection of teeth from damage:
the edges of the teeth are protected from damage with a silicone ring in the package
