Description
Balanced combination of high concentration of synthetic diamond grains and optimal (very hard) binder in the segments:
low cost per cutting unit when cutting abrasive substrates
Segments connected to the blade body by laser welding:
reliable connection with a high safety margin for smooth and gradual cutting
Protective segments spaced approx. 25°:
up to 14 segments protect active cutting segments from undercutting and premature wear
Suitable for large-scale work in conjunction with joint cutters of sufficient power:
up to 42 powerful, 10mm high segments ensure sufficient service life when all cutting principles are followed
Recommendation:
when cutting, ensure sufficient water supply - at least 8 liters/min.
