- Suitable for a wide range of applications in harsh industrial conditions, especially for cutting steel plates, pipes, structural and construction steel, conditionally also for cutting cast iron, aluminium and other non-ferrous metals with sliding (stationary) saws
Description
Very good ratio between cutting speed and blade life:
effective reconciliation of these two opposing requirements is achieved by customized production recipes with a balanced ratio of 6 to 8 raw materials and admixtures
Main raw material:
aluminium oxide abrasive grains (industrially produced corundum) with a size range of 650 to 850 µm, i.e. fine to medium grits F24 to F26 according to FEPA
Additives with lubricating and cooling properties:
reduce the heating of the material to be cut and the energy requirements during cutting
High disc safety:
reinforced with two resin-impregnated rigid fiberglass grids, pressed under high pressure and cured in ovens for more than 30 hours
