Designation
- For mixing all types of mortar and leveling compounds, exterior and structured plasters, putties, adhesives, facade and dispersion paints, coatings, etc.
- The machine design is dimensioned with regard to the most common dosage of construction mixtures - 7 to 12 kg for adhesives, 20 to 30 kg for mortar mixtures and 40 to 70 kg for leveling mixtures and thin coatings.
- Allows the use of a mixing whisk with a diameter of up to 140mm in the case of mixing thin materials, the maximum permissible whisk diameter is 160mm
- Note: For thorough mixing, it is necessary to use a suitable mixing paddle and select the machine speed in accordance with the recommendations of the construction mixture manufacturers.
Comfort
Ergonomically shaped, partially rubberized handles for holding the mixer on both sides:
the grip with both hands is firm, ergonomically comfortable, and allows the operator to comfortably handle even the greater reaction forces caused by the machine's torque
"SOFT START" function:
ensures a smooth, soft start of the motor - it makes it easier, especially at the beginning of mixing, when the individual components are still separated. In the case of mixing thin mixtures, it minimizes their splashing out of the mixing container when the machine is turned on.
Two-speed gearbox:
the gears are selected to cover the usual range of speeds required for mixing various types of common mixtures
"VARIABLE SPEED" function:
within the selected gear, it allows you to select the required speed using the rotary control for electronic speed preselection. It is located in the left handle and its control with the thumb of the left hand is comfortable even with gloves.
Ergonomically designed position of the mains switch with lock, located in the right handle:
the switch is intuitively operated with the index finger and the lock with the thumb of the right hand - if necessary, it is not necessary to hold the mains switch in the on position while working
Safety
"SOFT START" function:
ensures a smooth, soft start of the motor and reduces the engagement torque when turning on the mixer
"RESTART PROTECTION" function:
protection against engine restart after power supply is restored
Double insulation of the tool:
increased protection against electric shock
Lifetime
"OVERLOAD PROTECTION" function:
interrupts the motor power supply if its speed drops significantly due to overload during operation
Mechanical gear switch:
reliable solution for selecting speed with a lever switch contributes to a long tool life
